About Jordan.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Jessica Brazeal, MA, LPC-S in Texas.

I believe meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen and understood. My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your emotions, relationships, and experiences with curiosity and care. I hope to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your past, and your relationships with others. I want you to complete therapy feeling a sense of compassion for the person you have been, as well as feeling empowered and inspired by the person you are becoming.

I utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to support healing and growth. I integrate relational and mindfulness-based practices to meet each client’s unique needs. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). My therapeutic style is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in collaboration. Together, we will work to identify what healing and balance look like for you as an individual.

I especially enjoy working with adolescent and adult women who are exploring perfectionism, anxiety, depression, stress, attachment patterns, family of origin issues, trauma, and life transitions. Whether you’re navigating a season of uncertainty or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, therapy can be a place to find clarity and confidence in yourself.

I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. I began my counseling career at a nonprofit organization providing services to survivors of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation. Prior to becoming a counselor, I earned my bachelor’s degree in History from Texas Christian University.
